Seasonal Yogurt and Granola
Summer in New York inspires a craving for one thing: anything cool. Although no one wants to bake during this heat, the freshly baked granola makes all the difference. Check out the recipe for granola in an earlier post. This version has almonds and chia seeds in it in place of walnuts.
The yogurt is Maple-Hill Creamery--sourced from local grass-fed cows. Grass-fed milk has tang that hints at the flavor of goat milk.
Add seasonal fruit and herbs: here I've chosen Saturn peaches, paired with fresh mint from my herb garden.
